The 430D machine tool is a small high-speed CNC drilling machine independently developed by Duomi Machinery, designed for users who pursue efficient and accurate drilling. The machine base is made of brand-new durable steel, which is strong and durable to ensure long-term stable operation. The lead screw is imported from Taiwan, with strong wear resistance and long service life. Equipped with an automatic alarm system, once the drill bit breaks, the processing will be stopped immediately and the alarm will be sounded to ensure safe operation. High-quality servo motors are selected, with high position accuracy, stable performance and fast response speed. In order to solve programming problems, a fully automatic CNC programming system is adopted, which is simple to operate and saves time and effort.

The 430D small CNC drilling machine is a five-axis milling and drilling machine with a main power of 0.55KW and a drilling diameter range of 0.05 – 20mm (other ranges can be customized). The effective processing stroke is 400mm for the X axis, 300mm for the Y axis, and 120mm for the Z axis, and the axis speed range is 3000 – 60000 (rpm).
