Features:
Widened, thickened and weighted moving beam type gate structure form is adopted, which will not shake when the spindle is accelerating and decelerating, and the speed is fast and stable.
The X-axis is a dual drive, and the heavy-duty ball linear slide rail is combined with a double-settransmission mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of the moving beam.
The machine tool adopts high-precision mechanical spindle, and the three spindles can be equipped with 3 tools to process different processes at the same time.
The top block is evenly installed on both sides of the X-axis, and the moving beam will not belisplaced for a long time to ensure accuracy.
Different workbench clamping methods can be customized according to different processing products.
